Product Manager
At Human Native, we’re building an AI data marketplace that ensures creators and rights holders are fairly compensated for their work while providing AI developers with high-quality, responsibly licensed training data.
We believe in building AI the right way - ensuring transparency, fairness, and accessibility. This is a hard problem, and we need brilliant minds to help solve it.
As our Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our product strategy to life, working closely with engineering, partnerships, and legal teams to develop an industry-leading data licensing platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can drive a product forward in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
As an early team member, you will be instrumental in shaping both our product and our internal culture. We are looking for a hands-on product manager who can bring structure, prioritisation, and clarity to our product roadmap while keeping us aligned with market needs and customer feedback.
This role requires strong execution and prioritisation skills - we need someone who can translate high-level goals into clear, focused product decisions and ship impactful features quickly.
Product Execution
Define and drive the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and achieving alignment to ensure prioritisation reflects evolving business and user needs.
Drive product execution, translating our vision into actionable plans, and working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
Optimise flows for rights holders and AI developers to increase platform adoption and engagement.
Customer Insights & Market Positioning
Conduct deep user research and data analysis to ensure we’re building products that solve real user problems.
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights through direct user interviews, customer support interactions, and structured surveys to continuously synthesise feedback from users, partners, and internal teams.
Track industry trends, competitive movements, and regulatory changes to inform our roadmap.
Growth and Impact
Work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, legal, and operations to develop impactful solutions.
Clearly define and communicate product priorities, helping the team balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
Help scale internal processes, ensuring the product team operates efficiently as the company grows.
Must Haves:
4-8 years of Product Management experience in software development, ideally in data platforms, developer-focused products (including APIs) or AI.
Strong execution mindset - you know how to break down complex problems and ship features that deliver measurable impact.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills, ensuring focus on the most critical product initiatives.
Ability to synthesise data and user insights to drive product decisions.
Strong communication skills - can clearly articulate product strategy, trade-offs, and technical concepts to different audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment, preferably in early-stage or high-growth companies, comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
Nice to Haves:
Background in driving product adoption, including content strategy (e.g., product newsletters), user education, or growth initiatives.
A fast-growing company with opportunities for career advancement and learning.
Competitive salary + stock options.
Private medical insurance.
Generous holiday allowance.
Regular team offsites + social events.
A small but mighty team making a real impact.
